Changing Execute_export In Regedit Not Taking Effect In Rau Check Requirements (Doc ID 465488.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 9.0.2.9 and 10.1.2.3 in Production:
Find that changes made to the values of EXECUTE_IMPORT and EXECUTE_EXPORT under[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oracle\DesignerHome\Repos61] in the Registry File using regedit are not changed in the Repository Administrator Utility (RAU) under Check Requirements options and viceversa

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect that after changing the Values in the Registry, those could be seen in RAU using Check
Requirements

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Change the value of EXECUTE_IMPORT or EXECUTE_EXPORT using RAU to a different value set in the Registry
2. Verify that the value did not took effect in the Registry under
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oracle\DesignerHome\Repos61].

NOW

3. Modify the value of EXECUTE_IMPORT or EXECUTE_EXPORT in the REGISTRY under
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oracle\DesignerHome\Repos61] using regedit, after have been modifying the value of those in RAU
4. Verify in RAU that the change did not took effect.


5.- Even worst the value can not be changed any more in RAU and it does not take the value set in the
Registry.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the adequate version of export/import in RON or RAU
