Unable To Export Profile Data After Configuring For Ssl (Doc ID 466783.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


On in Production:
When attempting to export profile data after SSL configuration, the following error occurs in a
browser popup window.

Internet Explorer cannot download management.uix from <host>.<domain>
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either
unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to the B2B user interface.
2. Navigate to Administration tab -> Management -> Export
