ESB Services are not Displayed in the ESB Control Console (Doc ID 467440.1)

Symptoms

When accessing the ESB Control web site at http://hostname/esb,  the console is displayed, but none of the services show on the left-hand frame. This behaviour may be sporadic.

The following error in the $ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/oc4j_soa/log/oc4j_soa_default_group_1/oc4j/log.xml file may accompany this behaviour:
