Symptoms

Testing a pl/sql webservice callout gives ORA-29532 as result with the following trace:

ORA-29532: Java call terminated by uncaught Java exception: HTTP transport error: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException:
java.security.PrivilegedActionException:
javax.xml.soap.SOAPException:
Bad response: 407 Proxy Authentication Required
