BPEL on JBoss Installation Guide Lists Incorrect Username and Password (Doc ID 468441.1)

After a fresh installation of BPEL on JBoss, it is not possible to log in to the BPEL console using the username/password provided in the installation guide (Jboss/Jboss).

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Install BPEL on JBoss, as described in the installation guide Oracle BPEL Process Manager for Non-Oracle Application Servers, Chapter 3.
  2. Point a browser to http://localhost:9700/BPELConsole
  3. Log in using Jboss/Jboss, as described in the guide (Step 5, point 8)

    The error message Authentication failed is displayed.
  4. View the log file at JBOSS_HOME/server/oracleBPELServer/log/server.log and confirm the
    following error messages:
