BPEL on JBoss Installation Guide Lists Incorrect Username and Password

Oracle(R) BPEL Process Manager 10g - Version 10.1.3.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.
After a fresh installation of BPEL 10.1.3.3 on JBoss, it is not possible to log in to the BPEL console using the username/password provided in the installation guide (Jboss/Jboss).
Steps To Reproduce:
- Install BPEL 10.1.3.3 on JBoss, as described in the installation guide Oracle BPEL Process Manager for Non-Oracle Application Servers, Chapter 3.
- Point a browser to http://localhost:9700/BPELConsole
- Log in using Jboss/Jboss, as described in the guide (Step 5, point 8)
The error message Authentication failed is displayed.
- View the log file at JBOSS_HOME/server/oracleBPELServer/log/server.log and confirm the
following error messages:
