Symptoms

Content Server is generating the following error in the Content Server error logs when trying to add an archive under "folder archive configuration" using the Folder Structure Archive component.

Content Server Request Failed
Unable to execute service ADD_OR_EDIT_FOLDER_ARCHIVE and function addOrUpdateArchive.
(System Error: The collection (Err) has no information associated with it. It no longer exists in
the system.)
