Using ebMS 2.0 in B2B Integration, with existing partners and successful message
transmission/receipt. You have a new partner who wants to use basic authentication for their
endpoint (https 1.1). You  add a username and password to the transport server but get a 401
unauthorized from them. From a browser on the same server as b2b. you can go to the same endpoint,
enter (the same) username/password, and get in.
