Stellent Web Parts STS.MSI Install Fails With "Error 1722" (Doc ID 469278.1)

Microsoft SharePoint with service pack two was causing the installer to fail when attempting to
install the sts.msi (sharepoint team services) package of webparts.

Below is the error received on install:
