Gap in Search Results When Using the Headline View for Search Results, IE 7, and build 48 of the CS752Update Patch (Doc ID 469874.1)

Symptoms

After updating profiles to use the headline view for search results,  there is a three inch gap at the top of the search results.  This does not happen on Internet Explorer 6 or Firefox.  It only happens on Internet Explorer 7.
