How To Rename the SiteId for a Site Studio Website (Doc ID 469946.1)

Goal

Rename the website project file and update the "Website" metadata field for all the associated content with the new site name. It may be desirable to rename the site when full text indexing is enabled on a Websites field.  The underscore is a special character in oracle text and does not work well with a search.
