This issue has been observed on different combination of browsers ( like IE, firefox, chrome etc) and operating system (like windows, linux, AIX etc).
Symptoms
- Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) is configured for SSL
- Attempting to communicate with OHS from IE on a Windows
- The following error messages are shown in the $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs/error_log:
