Currenttime Function Doesn't Return Utc

When using the standard current-time date function provided, the expectation is to receive the
current time in ISO format(hh:mm:ssTZD). Although the current time is returned in the desired
format, the timezone is incorrect by 1 hour.
E.g. the time returned is “14:43:32-05:00” however “14:43:32-04:00” is expected.
