Invalid Credentials or Problem Obtaining User ID Message When Accessing /identity/oblix or /access/oblix URLs

Some customers may find that after upgrading Oracle Access Manager components to patch level, they will be able to successfully get to the "/identity/oblix" or "/access/oblix" URL for only a short while. After this short while, users may start seeing one of two types of error messages when accessing the "/access/oblix" or "/identity/oblix" URLs and after submitting known-good credentials:

1. Error: there was a problem obtaining the user ID. One possible reason for this is a time difference between the Identity System and the Access Systems (Policy Manager and Access System Console).

2. Invalid Credential

3. "Error: The following messages were produced by the product. Please contact your webmaster to fix the problem."

4. The Oblog shows the error "Directory is unreachable, down, or incorrect connection parameters were specified" function^LoadDBEntrySetSorted() dn^ou=Oblix, <DN>"
