Framemaker Was Converting To PDF Initially, But Now PDFs Are Blank (Doc ID 471554.1)

Symptoms

When the PDF Converter converts a Framemaker file to PDF, the PDF is blank.  The Refinery log file displays the following:

Creating working directory 'd:/Apps/Stellent/vault/~temp/ecad_ucm/172/fmtemp/'
Cleaning up the working directory d:/Apps/Stellent/vault/~temp/ecad_ucm/172/fmtemp/.
Moving crash logs.
Action set to 'PRINT_TO_PS'.
Checking crash logs.
Moving crash logs.
Checking console file for FrameMaker errors
Unable to convert FrameMaker. No output produced.
