Symptoms

Report server (on http protocol) authentication page does not route requests back to LBR that runs on https protocol. This is not correct as the http of LBR is not accessible by end users and the request will fail.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a site definition with SSL port in Webcache
2. Create an origin server entry for http protocol
3. Run the report requiring authentication from the https port.
4. On the view-source of db authentication page , found: <FORM name='authform' action='http://<host>/reports/rwservlet/setauth' method='post'>
this is incorrect, it should be: 'https://<host>/reports/rwservlet/setauth'
