Symptoms

If using Filestore Provider and excluding the vault file from the database, the document can be
checked in, but it will not get indexed when using Database Fulltext Indexing.

Server output is:
indexer XX.YY 12:00:00.000 index update work Failed to find indexable webviewable for content item
id_001 with revlabel 1 and dID 100.
