When JDBC Fast Connection Failover (FCF) feature is enabled inside container's data-sources.xml file, the container fails to start with the following exception:

SEVERE: ApplicationStateRunning.initConnector Error occurred initializing connectors.
Exception is: Exception creating connection pool. Exception: oracle.oc4j.sql.DataSourceException:
Could not get/create instance of ConnectionCacheManager. Exception:

Missing class: oracle.ons.ONSException

Dependent class: oracle.jdbc.pool.OracleConnectionCacheManager
Loader: oracle.jdbc:10.2
Code-Source: /opt/oracle/product/10.1.3/mid1/j2ee/life01/shared-lib/oracle.jdbc/10.2/ojdbc14.jar
