Symptoms

The BPEL worklist application cannot be accessed via Single Sign On. I.e. when enabling the worklist application for SSO, the user is not automatically logged in when accessing it after authenticating in the same browser via the same SSO.

Steps To Reproduce

  • enable the worklist application for SSO
  • start a browser then navigate to another application which is registered with the same SSO, e.g. Portal
  • log in to the other application
  • in the same browser window, navigate to the BPEL worklist application

The login screen is displayed and the user needs to log in again.

The desired behaviour is that the user is automatically authenticated for the worklist application via the SSO and does not need to re-enter their username and password
