Symptoms

Users experience slow retrievals and hang-ups when trying to retrieve pages in IPM. The slowdown began after re-indexing the database.

The Storage log may show the following errors:

"Error code was 3" = "The system cannot find the path specified" and
"\\?\UNC\<servernamegoeshere>\<storagesharename>\path\to\image\name"
