ODI XML Driver Ignores XML Data Server URL Updates when Working with XML Files (Doc ID 549913.1)

Symptoms

After updating the XML Data Server URL in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Topology Manager > Physical Architecture view, changes are not recognized. Connection tests and executions behave as before, ignoring the modified parameters.

Note that:

  1. No ".properties" configuration file is used; the XML Schema is being uploaded into the default, Memory Engine.

  2. Neither the remote Agent, nor the Oracle Data Integrator GUI (Designer, Topology...) has been restarted.
