Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to create or edit application definitions using the Filer application, the following error is presented on screen:
"NTVDM encountered a hard error"
Followed by a prompt to either "Close?" or "Ignore?"
The system may have been recently upgraded, but the error doesn't necessarily only occur after an upgrade.
