Problem starting the Oracle HTTP Server OHS after the installation of Policy Manager.

In the $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs/HTTP_Server~1.og file the following is displayed:

07/09/21 18:49:02 Start process
/home/oracle/idm1014/Apache/Apache/bin/apachectl start: execing httpd
Syntax error on line 1190 of /home/oracle/idm1014/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /oracleextra2/oam/webpass/access/oblix/lib/ into server:
/oracleextra2/oam/webpass/access/oblix/lib/ undefined symbol: apr_bucket_type_flush

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Install Identity Server using Oracle_Access_Manager10_1_4_0_1_linux_Identity_Server
2. Install WebPass using Oracle_Access_Manager10_1_4_0_1_linux_OHS2_WebPass
3. Install Policy Manager using package Oracle_Access_Manager10_1_4_0_1_linux_OHS2_Policy_Manager
4. Try to start Oracle HTTP Server
