Symptoms
On 10.1.3.3 in Production:
Find that after deploying an application to an OC4J instance, the necessary entry in the file server.xml for that new deployed application is missing.
Find that after deploying an application to an OC4J instance, the necessary entry in the file server.xml for that new deployed application is missing.
This means that when the container is restarted the application is no longer loaded and visible to the users.
Looking into the logfile for the OC4J instance ($ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs) following error is reported:
