Symptoms
When updating an IPM Process Map from 4.0.3.0.0 to 10.1.3.3.2, during a compile, the following errors may occur:
(E) Unrecognized variable - <PRC:@PROCESS>

(E) Unrecognized variable - <PKG: Request Level Template.VAR:variable>
