Symptoms
Desktop Integraton Suite (DIS) 7.7.1 or 10gR3 on Windows XP SP2, and while browsing the Oracle Repository, Windows Explorer Integration (WEI) will fail with the following error message:
Click on OK to terminate the program.
Click on CANCEL to debug the program.
