Searching For Users Results in No Users Found (Doc ID 554382.1)

This problem is specific to dynamic group membership. Anyone with a role or static group membership rule (which should allows access to see the users) are getting empty search results when searching for users in the Identity console.

However, the netpoint admin user (orcladmin, for example) is able to search for users successfully.
