The Oracle Portal Configuration Assistant (OPCA) fails when running Metadata Repository Creation Assistant (MRCA) 10.1.2.0.3 against a 10.2.0.3 database (non-RAC), on a normal mounted filesystem:

[CustomExternalProcessAction] Process exited normally
