OPCA Fails in MRCA with 'ORA-20000: ORU-10027: buffer overflow, limit of 2000 bytes' (Doc ID 555831.1)

The Oracle Portal Configuration Assistant (OPCA) fails when running Metadata Repository Creation Assistant (MRCA) against a database (non-RAC), on a normal mounted filesystem:
