Errors on Search and Checkin Pages after Installing Folders Build 211

Symptoms
When users go to a Search Page, a New Checkin page, or a New Folder page, they receive this error:
Unable to publish the schema. Unable to publish the view 'HiddenList'.
Exception type is 'java.lang.NullPointerException'
When the user clicks OK on this error, the same type of error is received for the Inhibit Propagation and Read Only fields:
Unable to publish the schema. Unable to publish the view 'InhibitUpdateList'.
Unable to publish the schema. Unable to publish the view 'ReadOnlyList'.
These three fields then have no values in their dropdown lists.
