Symptoms

Upon retrieving a currently Checked-out Microsoft PowerPoint file from Content Server via Checkout And Open (COAO) and that file was previously checked-out by another user, the file is opened in PowerPoint as "Read Only" and no warning dialog of "File In Use" is provided.
