Symptoms

After upgrading the application server from 10.1.2.0.0 to 10.1.2.2, the following errors occur
when trying to start the InterConnect repository or adapters:

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced by upgrading the application server from 10.1.2.0 to 10.1.2.2 then
attempting to start the InterConnect repository and adapters.
