You are creating the CustomerService project included in the Oracle® SOA Suite Tutorial (10.1.3.1.0) guide.  When trying to edit the session facade for the session bean CustomerServiceBean.java, the options Customer.FindCustomerById() and Customer.FindCustomerByEmail() are not available in the "Specify Session Facade Options Dialog" window, see Figure 3-19  Specify Session Facade Options Dialog
