Wfmailsubject Is Not Modifying The Subject Line In The First Step of the Workflow Review (Doc ID 558663.1)

Symptoms

In a Criteria Workflow, the wfMailSubject is being set in the Entry step of the workflow. The
Workflow has a loop of reviewers, but the Subject line is not being pick up/modified on the
initial Reviewer email being sent.

Once the initial reviewer has approve the content item, the second reviewer email is sent with the
wfMailSubject being picked up.
