Goal

This note describes patches that are delivered to provide following features:

1. SOAP with streaming attachments
2. RPC encoded webservices
3. SOAP 1.2 support in ESB and OWSM.

Additionally, following fixes are also delivered as part of this deliverable. However, following patches are not required to get functionality described above:

1. ESB instance tracking fix for "ESB WILL LOSE TRACKING DATA WHEN JMS PROVIDER IS DOWN"
2. JMS patch for OC4J container for <>
