Many Government iAS Administrators have been given a requirement that users need to be presented
with a Consent/Warning banner, prior to authenticating to a SSO partner application. Since most
Government facilities use SSO's Certificate-Enabled Authentication, creating a custom SSO login
page is not an option. This is because when using Certificate-Enabled Authentication the user will
never see the SSO login page.
The following details how to accomplish the above goal. It is meant to be a guideline,
starting point. This sample code is provided by Oracle as an example only that will provide the
framework to accomplish your goal. There will be no support provided for this code. This code has
been tested and found to work but cannot be guaranteed to work in all environments.
