Symptoms

When attempting to destroy a content item, the following error is received:

Unable to update DispositionsHistory table. Failed to check in audit log. Please reference
'c:/oracle/ucm/server/data/recordsManagement/log/XXXXXXXXX.htm' audit log. You must save default
metadata for checked in audit entries.
