Login to OIDDAS Fails with Error 499 Oracle SSO-The Server Encountered an Internal Error or Misconfiguration (Doc ID 559910.1)

IM Cluster Configuration

Login to SSO Admin URL works fine
Click on Login link from the OIDDAS home page gives the following error

Oracle SSO
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to
handle the request.

Apache error_log shows the following errors :

[Mon Mar 10 23:23:56 2008] [error] [client <IP_ADDRESS>] [ecid: <ECID>] MOD_OC4J_0154: Response status=499 and reason=Oracle SSO, but failed to get mod_osso global context.
[Mon Mar 10 23:23:56 2008] [error] [client <IP_ADDRESS>] [ecid: <ECID>] MOD_OC4J_0057: Failed to handle response headers passed in from oc4j via ajp13.
[Mon Mar 10 23:23:56 2008] [error] [client <IP_ADDRESS>] [ecid: <ECID>] MOD_OC4J_0035: After handling ajp13 response message, got an invalid value: -2.
[Mon Mar 10 23:23:56 2008] [error] [client <IP_ADDRESS>] [ecid: <ECID>] MOD_OC4J_0121: Failed to service request with network worker: OC4J_SECURITY_13 and it is not recoverable.
[Mon Mar 10 23:23:56 2008] [error] [client <IP_ADDRESS>] [ecid: <ECID>] MOD_OC4J_0013: Failed to call destination: OC4J_SECURITY's service() to service the request.
