Last updated on OCTOBER 04, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Data Integrator - Version 10.1.3.4.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) executes an Integration Interface targeting a Hyperion Planning Datastore, the Hyperion Planning application crashes and the ODI execution hangs on the "Load data into planning" step of  "SQL to Hyperion Planning" Integration Knowledge Module.

The "Windows Task Manager" indicates a problem with the "HyS9Planning.exe" process and not from ODI:

  • CPU and memory usage by ODI is very low,
  • "HyS9Planning.exe" process uses 100% CPU and more than 3,5G of Memory.
