Symptoms

10.2.0.2 Agent on a Windows 2003 machine is unable to start after changing the machine's timezone and hour manually. The newly picked value is "(GMT+01:00) Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris".


Changes

Timezone was changed on the Agent machine at the Operating system level.
