Symptoms

Receiving the following eScan error when trying to select a source (upon creating a Capture scan profile). The scanner works successfully, but only errors when trying to create the scan profile.

Error 20391 "Unable to reserve the device. Make sure the device is connected and turned on. Can't locate SCSI device: check power and cable"
