UCON is Destroying a Connection/Session ID Before the IIS Timeout Occurs Within IPM Web

Symptoms
When using the 10.1.3.3.2 IPM Web Client, the following errors can occur after the IPM Web Client exceeds the IIS ASP timeout setting (typically set to 20 minutes).
[UCON]Processing Destroy Connection (Logout)
Session ID xxxxx has been logged out
A user at IP xx.xxx.xx.x is attempting to update Session ID xxxxx which is no longer in the user map. UCon is ignoring this request.
UCon failed to find Session ID xxxxx in the session map.
Failure occurred in message CQueryGetACCInfo.
Session ID xxxxx has been logged out
