Unable To Connect to Activie Directory Server when using "Fast Bind" Operation. (Doc ID 563062.1)

Customer has an active directory server configured to using the "fast bind" option for connections. After installing 10.1.4.2 BP01 (Bundle Patch 1) , none of OAM components are able to connect to directory server.
The service account used to connect AD is not working . It is showing the error mentioned below.
"Invalid LDAP user credentials or password has expired".
If the customer uninstall the BP01 patch , the same service account works fine , OAM components are able to connect to directory servers without any issues.
