Symptoms

The metadata repository upgrade 10.1.4.2/10.1.4.1 fails while running the Portal Configuration assistant.
The upgrade ends with the following errors:

The Portal database was upgraded to 10.1.0.5 before the MR upgrade.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Upgrade the MR database to 10.1.0.5.
2. Upgrade the MR to 10.1.2.3 (Portal 10.1.4.2)
3. Notice the error.
