Symptoms

OC4J_SECURITY process fails to start.

-opmnctl status shows an Init state for OC4J_SECURITY
-$ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs/OC4J~OC4J_SECURITY~default_island~1 shows

08/04/10 10:44:21 SSO: Initializing the encryption objects failed
08/04/10 10:44:21 oracle.security.sso.server.conf.ConfigurationException: Invalid SSO DB schema information
08/04/10 10:44:21 SSO: FAILED TO START SSO SERVER!


-$ORACLE_HOME/sso/log/ssoServer.log shows

 Thu Apr 10 10:44:21 EDT 2008 [ERROR] Orion Launcher Initializing the encryption/decryption objects failed
oracle.security.sso.server.conf.ConfigurationException: Invalid SSO DB schema information
