Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
Trying to rollback a synchronous process activated by an AQ adapter fails to retain the message
back in the AQ.

The BPEL process successfully performed a rollback and no instance is created in the BPEL console
for the activation.

However, the message is still consumed from oracle AQ.
