Logon Manager Agent Fails to Display New Templates from Repository. (Doc ID 564898.1)

Symptoms

The Logon Manager Agent is unable to see downloaded templates from the repository.

The agent performs a successful synchronization to the repository.
This can be verified by deleting the %appdata%\Passlogix\ folder and starting the agent.
You will see the entlist.ini file created.

Manual examination of the entlist.ini will show the new template.

If you try to add the template from the agent, it does not list the new template in available templates to add.
