This problem can occur on any platform.
Symptoms
Trying to open a RDF report file (report runs OK) using Report Builder fails with the following error:
REP-1057: '/path/myreport.rdf' is not a valid Report Builder file.
This report can be executed and works fine under Oracle eBusiness Suite 11i or via command line using rwrun60/rwrun.sh
