Email Notification For Pasword Expiry Warning Is Not Working

This problem can occur on any platform.


Email notification is working fine for workflows, but not for password expiry warnings. Yet, there is a password policy in the Identity System Console under System Configuration > Password Policy that is set with following option:

Mode of Conveying the Expiry Notice - Email
