Goal
By default, Filer is set to automatically append filings to already-filed objects if they have the same index information, even if the APPEND PAGE command is not used in the input file.
This document explains how to disable this automatic functionality, so that separate records will be created if multiple objects are filed with the same index information, and the APPEND PAGE command is not used.
