During MQ adapter stress testing, messages get stuck using the MQ Adapter so that no more messages are processed.  The error message in the opmn logs is:

<2008-04-26 14:48:56,891> <ERROR> <> <AdapterFramework::Outbound> esb:///ESB_Projects/ [ Enqueue_ptt::Enqueue(Request_Queue) ] - Could not invoke operation 'Enqueue' against the 'MQSeries Adapter' due to:
Adapter Framework unable to create outbound JCA connection.
esb:///ESB_Projects/ [ Enqueue_ptt::Enqueue(Request_Queue) ] - : The Adapter Framework was unable to establish an outbound JCA connection due to the following issue: javax.resource.spi.ResourceAllocationException: Unable to allocate new connection - pool is full and timed out waiting for a connection to be freed up.
Please examine the log file for any reasons. Enable DEBUG logging in the BPEL Console.
