MQ Adapter Stress Test Gets "ORABPEL-12511 Adapter Framework Unable to Create Outbound JCA Connection" Error (Doc ID 565944.1)

Symptoms

During MQ adapter stress testing, messages get stuck using the MQ Adapter so that no more messages are processed.  The error message in the opmn logs is:

<2008-04-26 14:48:56,891> <ERROR> <default.collaxa.cube.ws> <AdapterFramework::Outbound> esb:///ESB_Projects/temp_CommonSvc_ECS_Request_Queue_Write_test.com/ECS_Request_Queue_Write_To_MQ_Request.wsdl [ Enqueue_ptt::Enqueue(Request_Queue) ] - Could not invoke operation 'Enqueue' against the 'MQSeries Adapter' due to:
ORABPEL-12511
Adapter Framework unable to create outbound JCA connection.
esb:///ESB_Projects/temp_CommonSvc_ECS_Request_Queue_Write_test.com/ECS_Request_Queue_Write_To_MQ_Request.wsdl [ Enqueue_ptt::Enqueue(Request_Queue) ] - : The Adapter Framework was unable to establish an outbound JCA connection due to the following issue: javax.resource.spi.ResourceAllocationException: Unable to allocate new connection - pool is full and timed out waiting for a connection to be freed up.
Please examine the log file for any reasons. Enable DEBUG logging in the BPEL Console.
