Does Oracle HTTP Server Based on Apache 2.0 Support ECID Logging? (Doc ID 567049.1)

Goal

When using Oracle HTTP Server based on Apache 2.0,  ECID logging functionality has been configured following
<Note:266662.1> How to configure OHS and OC4J access logs to include Execution Context ID (ECID).

However, after restarting HTTP Server and testing access to the listener, the ECID value is not populated in the access_log.  Entries look like :
